Is Ayurvedic medicine relevant today ?

Although born more than 5,000 years ago in what is today known as India, Ayurveda travelled – particularly during its apogée around 500 BC – throughout the world and inspired many of the traditional medicinal systems such as the Persian, Chinese, Tibetan and Greeks.
