My Approach & Story
APPROACH
I work with Ayurveda and mindfulness as complementary systems that explore the connection between body, mind, digestion, energy, and lifestyle.
Rather than focusing on quick change, the emphasis is on awareness — understanding patterns and gradually supporting them through simple, consistent practices.
This may include nutrition awareness, traditional herbal guidance, mindful movement, and lifestyle adjustments, always adapted to the individual.
MY STORY
My journey began in 2009 while living in Asia, where I was first exposed to traditional approaches to wellbeing rooted in rhythm, awareness, and daily practice.
In 2015, I left a corporate career in Singapore to study yoga and Ayurveda more deeply, initially to support my own health.
What emerged was not only improved wellbeing, but a long-term interest in how these systems can support clarity, resilience, and balance in everyday life.
