Ayurveda Therapies for Body & Mind Balance
Ayurveda bodywork therapies are traditional wellbeing practices designed to support relaxation, encourage circulation, and promote a sense of balance between body and mind. Each session is adapted to your individual constitution and current needs.
Following an Ayurveda consultation, your practitioner may suggest specific traditional applications using warm oils, herbal pastes or poultices as part of a holistic wellbeing approach.
Treatments may include Abhyanga traditional oil massage, Pinda Sweda herbal compress therapy, herbal paste applications, and may incorporate gentle yoga or meditation practices to support deep relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Ayurveda bodywork is intended for relaxation and wellbeing and does not replace medical treatment.
