You should inform me of any relevant medication, medical condition or other circumstance that may affect the suitability of a recommendation.
4. Ayurveda body therapies
Ayurvedic body therapies are wellbeing practices involving massage, touch, oils and other traditional techniques.
Before a session, you should inform me of any relevant circumstances that may affect your participation, including injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, allergies, skin conditions or other health concerns.

No particular physical, emotional or health outcome is guaranteed.
