Foundations of Ayurveda & Mindfulness is a practical, beginner-friendly online course designed to help you understand your unique body–mind nature and support balance in daily life.

What this course offers

A 7-week, beginner-friendly online course introducing the foundations of Ayurveda and mindfulness, with a strong focus on practical application in daily life.

You’ll explore how food, digestion, daily rhythms, lifestyle, and mental habits influence health — and how to work with them simply and sustainably.


This course is for you if you want to:

  • Understand your unique body–mind tendencies

  • Improve digestion, energy, and daily balance

  • Learn seasonal routines and lifestyle tools

  • Explore mindfulness and meditation in a grounded way

  • Build a personal self-care routine you can actually maintain


What you will learn

  • Core principles and philosophy of Ayurveda

  • Daily and seasonal habits for balance

  • Food principles and digestion support

  • Mind–emotion awareness through mindfulness

  • Integration into a personal self-care plan


Course format

  • 7 weeks

  • 1 live session per week (60–90 minutes)

  • Online

  • Small group for interaction

  • Course notes + reflection practices

  • WhatsApp group for questions between sessions
