An easy and healty chicken recipes which is suitable for kids. They will love it and so will you !

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast – 1 per person
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Onion – 1 onion
- Ginger – 1 cm (grated or thinly sliced)
- Paprika – 1/2 tsp
- For children add – Tomato ketchup (see our kids friendly recipe here!) – 1,5 tsp
- For adults optional add – Jaggery or brown sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Salt
- Olive oil or ghee
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean the chicken breast and slice horizontally. Place in a plate
- Sprinkle with salt. Leave for 2-3 minutes
- Stir fry the chicken with a little oil or ghee in a non stick pot or deep pan, until it turns white (inside and outside).
- Remove from the pan and set aside
- Slice the onion in rings, sprinkle with salt to absorb the water content
- Chop or crush the garlic, grate or slice the ginger
- In the previously used pan, stir fry the garlic, ginger, cinnamon, then onion until fraguant but not burn
- Add paprika, tomato ketchup or jaggery. Stir for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and a little more black pepper. Stir for 1-2 minutes
- Serve warm with rice or mashed potatoes
