I’m offering a 6 week mindfulness course for those interested in gaining a deeper understanding of their body, thoughts, feelings and emotions.

17 October – 21 November
Saturdays | 10:00 – 11:00 (EET)

🌿WHY TAKE A MINDFULNESS COURSE

Mindfulness is an opportunity to slow down, pay attention and develop a more intimate relationship with yourself and your everyday life.

Throughout the course, we explore simple practices that can help us work with stress, overthinking, difficult emotions, self-criticism and relationships.

You may experience:

• a greater ability to work with stress and overwhelm
• more space around thoughts and emotions
• greater ease and self-kindness
• a deeper awareness of your needs and responses
• a clearer sense of what matters to you

🧘🏽THEMES EXPLORED

Over six weeks, we will explore:

• Stress & the Breath
• Thoughts & Overthinking
• Emotions
• Pressure & Perfectionism
• Relationships & Communication
• What Matters & Ethics

Each week combines a short teaching, guided mindfulness practice and reflection.
