I’m offering a 6 week mindfulness course for those interested in gaining a deeper understanding of their body, thoughts, feelings and emotions.

WHY TAKE A MINDFULNESS COURSE
Mindfulness is a rare opportunity to take time to get to know our humanity and to learn how to better work with it in daily life.
Through this course we often experience:
• more ease and kindness in daily life
• a better ability to cope with stress
• easier relaxation and self care
• a deeper and more personal sense of meaning
THEMES EXPLORED
Some of the themes we will explore together:
• mindfulness of breath and the body
• mindfulness of thoughts, feelings and emotions
• mindfulness of stress and anxiety
• mindfulness of trust and letting go
• mindfulness of self criticism
• mindfulness of purpose and what truly matters
PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Saturdays | 10:00 – 11:00 (EET)
Each week we will meet for 1 hour.
The sessions include:
• a short talk and guidance
• 20–30 minutes of mindfulness practice together
• sharing, reflection and questions
The course will take place online on Zoom.
We will also offer an in-person option in Varkiza if there are at least 3 participants who would like to join in person.
Course cost:
• 90€ online
• 120€ in person
No previous experience is needed.
