This nourishing date snack is great for pitta /vata constitution. An energizing snack it is excellent before or after sports and exercises.
The unique combination of ingredients is excellent to nourish all of our tissues, including muscles, bones and especially our reproductive system, to cool down the body, and strengthen our (Ojas) immune system.
This is a Sattvic snack which promotes peace of mind and a calm body.
INGREDIENTS
- Medjool date
- Almond (pre-soaked min 1h and preferably without the skin)
- Ghee (or alternatively coco oil)
RECIPE
Stuff the date with a little ghee and the almond!

TIP :
- Add a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom if you wish.
- You can also use almond butter instead of ghee & almond
