Ingredients:

  • Fenugreek – 500g
  • Ajwain / Caraway – 200g
  • Black cumin / nigella seeds – 100g
    (Ratio of 5:2:1)

Instructions

  • Dry roast each batch of seeds separately in a frying pan
  • Roast for a few minutes until seeds become lighter (some moisture evaporates). The sound of the seeds in the pan changes as the seeds are drier. A strong aroma is released
  • Ensure the seeds are well mixed together
  • Grind together until fine powder formed in a coffee grinder or similar appliance.
  • Sieve
  • Keep in an air tight container
