In december we’re hosting a hands-on workshop for natural health enthusiasts who wish to know foods, natural remedies and body & mind exercises that help boost the immune system.

What will we do ?
- First, we’ll introduce some essential body & mind ayurveda principles to understand the main causes of reduced immunity. We’ll then discuss how to prevent it through optimal diet & easy home remedies.
- We will then pratice together a variety of more subtle energy body & mind exercises to experience how to boost our immune system from the inside out.
- Finally, there will be time for sharing with the group and individual questions.
- Content will be in English language. If needed difficult words can be translate into French.
- It’s an online workshop hosted on zoom.
- Please find a quiet space in your home with good internet connection. Wear warm and confortable sports/lounge wear as we will be doing a variety of exercises from yoga/meditation/self massage/affirmations etc. If you have a yoga mat at home, a cushion or bolster and a blanket that would be great.
Full partipation – 20 Eur
Supported participation – 12 Eur (for students / unemployed / limited financial capacity etc.)
