During this relaxation session inspired by oriental practices, let yourself be carried away by the sounds of voice, the coming and going of breath and movements of the body.
Together, we will practice techniques that will help you relax mind and body, to release deep tensions and restore vital energy.
Who is it for? For everyone! All levels. No experience required
Where? Online on zoom. The link will be sent to you when you register.
When? Every Thursdays in March and April from 7:30 pm to 8:15 pm.

Cost ? Dana (sanskrit word) = donation, the practice of generosity/gratitude. This enables all that wish to participate to contribute based on their personal resources or freely.
Material ? A yoga mat/sports mat + a small cushion. Sports clothing
