For some of us the confinement has proven a unique opportunity to stay (with)in, slow down, reflect and go back to the essentials.
For those of you who wish to deepen their self-knowledge further in April, I’d like to invite you to a weekly online community gathering.
WHAT & HOW ?
These online community gatherings are an opportunity to
- Explore together Ayurveda’s main teachings
- Integrate them through meditation
- Share our experience and reflections.
The purpose of Ayurveda is for us all to achieve virtue (dharma), wealth, and happiness. During the weekly gathering you will get familiar with key Ayurvedic principles for health and prevention of mental and physical diseases.
In this day and age, knowing principles of health has become of utmost importance. Not just for ourselves, but for our families, our communities and the healthy survival of our species.
Ayurvedic principles are for all, regardless of age, ethnicity or religious beliefs. They are easy to understand and to implement since they come from nature and that is where we all come from.
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”
